Built on the Coast, Built for the Coast

Saltwater, brackish, or freshwater — every shoreline punishes a dock differently. We build for all of it: marine-grade lumber, 316 stainless, pilings driven to refusal. From the Intracoastal to inland lakes.

FROM MARK LIPE

Saltwater eats hardware. Sun ages decking in half the time. Wakes loosen anything that isn\u2019t fastened twice. Every body of water finds the shortcuts a contractor leaves behind — that\u2019s why we build to refusal, no exceptions, no compromise.

— Mark Lipe, Founder · 30+ years in the construction industry

THE COASTAL-GRADE BUILD STANDARD

Most dock failures start with the same three shortcuts

Undersized pilings. Galvanized hardware in a stainless zone. A crew that stops driving at a number instead of refusal.

We run a different standard. Every piling to refusal. 316 stainless on the saltwater side. Marine-grade lumber from the treatment yard — never a box-store lumberyard. It costs more to build this way. It costs far less to own.

Mark and Family Crew replaced our 4 year old wood pergola with a Modern Owens Corning Composite Material one in just a few days. We could not be more happy about how it looks and how it was done. They do high quality work and cleanup as they go. This is a professional and knowledgable company and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an outdoor structure to be built.

Mark and Tommy were great to work with and did an excellent job on our dock renovation. They added pilings and a boatlift as well as relocated a couple of jet ski lifts. We also had to run a new electrical line from the house and fix a plumbing issue on the dock. Two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet that do quality work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Mark and his crew did a fantastic job on a complex project involving multiple piers and gazebos. Great craftsman ship. Stayed on the job till it was completed. Highly recommend them for your pier, dock, or bulkhead projects.

Mark rebuilt our dock this fall and did a great job. He handled the CAMA permitting and kept me updated on weather delays that pushed back our project. He was very responsive when I had questions and when we needed a slight change to our boat tie offs after they were finished, they came back and did that for us. We will absolutely use them again.
